Exercises that use the muscles you want to tighten, plus not adding more calories to make up for what you burn in exercise. If you can get along with 1,000 calories, and move those legs a lot (swimming, running, walking, dancing), you will firm them up very quickly.

become a tweaker.. quickest good way? excercise.. jogging, jump rope, swimming, that kind of thing.. Also, eating a balanced diet is much more important than cutting calories.

diet and exercise to tone your legs.

Do Yoga and practice exercises which will make u fit. Run everyday in the early morning after having a warm up. IF u can do cycling, which will also improve ur height.
